BOOKING INFO

• The prices are in EUR per apartment and day without food, excl. visitor's tax and final cleaning
• From the age of 15 years, a local tax of € 2.50 per person and overnight stay is charged
• The price includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towel for one week. If you would like a change of towels and bed linen during this week, we will be happy to do this for an extra charge:
  - for 4 persons: € 20 for towels changе or € 45 for towels and bed linen change
  - for 2 persons: € 10 for towels changе or € 25 for towels and bed linen change
• Earliest check-in time: 15:00
• Latest check out: 10:00 a.m.
• A deposit is required with the bookings
• Bread roll service is possible in the apartment
• Boot drying room is at your disposal
• Free parking spaces in front of the house

Final cleaning

Apartment 1 = 60 Euro

Apartment 2 = 75 Euro

Apartment 3 = 60 Euro

Apartment 4 = 70 Euro

Apartment 5 = 70 Euro

Dog

Dogs up to a medium size (up to 50 cm and up to 30 kg) are allowed only in Apartment 1 and in Apartment3.

Cancellation conditions

• In case of later arrival and earlier departure the full daily rate for the date you booked will be charged
• Up to 3 months prior to arrival we do not charge a cancellation fee
• From 1-3 months prior to arrival 40 % will be charged
• 1 month to 1 week 70 % will be charged
• In the last week 90%
• The conclusion of a travel insurance is recommended
• Otherwise the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) apply
